How to place an order / Enter into a sales contract

1, Find the goods that your require.

2, Ensure you have selected the correct amount of goods required.

3, Confirm if required size and colour is correct and then add to basked

4, When ready add to order and then review basket before clicking confirm and pay

5, You may be required to create a new account if you are a new user, you will be requested to provide personal details such as billing address and delivery address if different.

6, You will be forwarded on to a secure payment merchant who will act on behalf of Aston Equestrian to process your payment. once completed you will receive an automated email providing you a copy of the goods ordered and payment made. This is not acceptance of an order from Aston-equestrian.co.uk. The order/contract will be complete once we email you confirmation of the dispatch of the goods. Orders may be rejected due to the product being out of stock, errors within pricing, description or images or your payment not being authorised.

We have a large number of goods displayed on the website and even though every care has been taken to ensure all details are accurate, some goods however maybe incorrectly priced/described or image. If we validate an error during the order process we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reordering or cancelling your order.


An order can be cancelled up to 14 days after the goods have been delivered. After this time no refunds will be given.

Items that are an exception to the returns policy are, personalised/bespoke items, items that deteriorate or expire, items that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons, any item that has been mixed after delivery.

To cancel an order email returns@astonequestrian.co.uk with the included information name, address, order details and contact number.

Any return delivery costs except when an items has been dispatched incorrectly must be payed for by you. Proof of posting for your returned goods must be obtained as we cannot accept liability for returns lost in transit.

Goods returned for refund or exchange must still bear the original packaging and labels.

Full price of the goods will be refunded, initial shipping charge at this time will not.


Payments will be processed via a 3rd party (PAYPAL/WORLDPAY) merchant who accepts, VISA, VISA Debit, VISA Electron, Maestro and various credit card options. Ensure that any disputes are passed on to Aston Equestrian before approaching PAYPAL/WORLDPAY.

Changes to terms and conditions

Aston Equestrian reserve the right to amend at any time the terms and conditions. You will be subject to the terms and conditions that were in place at the time your goods were ordered unless changes are made due to law or government or unless we update you prior to accepting any order.
